Eric

Eric began as a band in 2001. In December 2002 bravely deciding to take the band forward Eric recorded a 6-track all original CD at a local recording studio in Newport South Wales. The band received positive feedback from this recording and as a result played numerous venues across the South Wales area which included, The Riverside Tavern, Le Pub and the Newport City Live Arena (NCLA) in Newport and The Barfly and Sam's Bar in Cardiff.

In 2004 Eric were also short-listed down to the last 3 bands in a competition to support The Stranglers at their Newport leg of their European tour. The band also struck up a good relationship with members of The Volts Show and in September the band recorded an acoustic session for the show which was aired live along with a band interview.
