Deep

Formed in late 2003, the London based Goth metal band set about writing material which would become the basis for their first EP. Nick explains, “What we were really after was to write some songs which we wanted to listen to ourselves, powerful music with some genuine groove behind them”. After completing a handful of dates around the city, deep went into the studio and recorded out several tracks for the EP, entitled Inferna. “We didn’t intend on recording the tracks so soon, but we raised enough finance from the London dates to be able to get into the studio and capture the energy from the recent live shows”. At the present, deep are currently in talks with a number of record labels but no official deal has been confirmed by the band.
